Beta Features and device support may change. Your workout data stays on your device.

Train with power on your indoor bike

RitmoSync connects to your smart trainer over Bluetooth FTMS, shows live power and zones, and runs structured workouts—all in the browser or as a Mac app.

Use the web app in Chrome or Edge (Web Bluetooth), or install the Mac desktop app for a dedicated window. No account required for the free tier.

Web Bluetooth requires Chrome or Edge on desktop. Not supported in Safari or most mobile browsers.

What you get

Live metrics, zone tracking, and session export when you need it.

Live power & zones
Real-time power, cadence, and zone bar during your ride.
Pro Training history & FIT export
Save sessions, review history, and export FIT files with RitmoSync Pro.

How it works

  1. Open the app

Go to app.ritmosync.com in Chrome or Edge, or install the Mac app from this site when available.

  2. Connect your trainer

Pair your FTMS-compatible smart trainer or power meter via Bluetooth. RitmoSync reads power, cadence, and speed from the device.

  3. Set FTP and pick a workout

Enter your FTP in the menu to calibrate zones. Choose a built-in program or follow open riding. Need FTP? See our 20-minute test guide.

  4. Ride and review

Watch live zones and session stats. With Pro, sessions are saved locally—export CSV or FIT anytime from training history.

Your data stays local

RitmoSync is built for privacy-first training.
